A recent CEO portrait... 12/08/2011
I am lucky to have continued a good relationship with my former employer, Nashville Business Journal. Having them as a client helps me to stay informed of local current happenings. It's not as exciting as having insider knowledge like when I was their shooter, but It's next best thing. I also enjoy maintaining contacts that made while there. I recently had the opportunity to photograph a CEO of an international company that is based here, Marty Reed of Randa Solutions. Please take a minute to visit the links to learn more about this interesting guy and his successes at Randa. Also check out the piece in NBJ in which he was featured. Thanks! Todd Hey! and check my image of Marty below. :) Add Comment Modern spaces 09/14/2011

I don't know if you guys know or not, but DVL, one of my favorite PR & Marketing agencies in town has moved. After spending many years in a historic building in downtown Nashville, the firm traded in their cozy space with a classical decor for roomy, ultra modern digs at the Terrazzo in the Gulch. Recently I was asked to photograph the installation of their name sign and logo that now brands the 4th floor on the outside of high rise condo and office tower. Some people feel winter can be a bit depressing. I find it to be like the ultimate snooze sometimes...letting us prepare for a fast paced Spring and Summer to come. It enables me to shoot my favorite type of scenic images. A view through winter trees...I'm really drawn to them. I like to picture what's on the other side of a cold, brown and prickly pattern. Usually a form of beauty, well at least my perception of beauty... ![]() Nissan North America headquarters in Frankiln, Tennesse © 2010 Todd Stringer December recorded many milestones in my life. Among them...My son Jack turning 2. My business essentially reaching it's 10th year and I have had my trusty Jeep Wrangler 10 years :) During this final calendar of 2010 I wanted to say thanks to a few folks who have used my services this December. I enjoyed spending time with the Tennessee Hispanic Chamber of Commerce at their holiday luncheon. It was fun to document the Wachovia to Wells Fargo change over in Nashville and to also photograph the many local non-profits who received gifts from Wells fargo. Plus shooting head shots and group photos of one of Wells Fargo Advisors new teams. I'd also like thank Kate Herman, Lance Williams and Caroline McCool at the Nashville Business Journal for keeping my name in print media for the 23rd consecutive year of my career as a press/commercial photographer. As we all know, times are tough and I am very grateful to my clients who continue to trust me with their image and allowing me to continue to document another year of our lives. I look forward to seeing you all and making more contacts in 2011. | welcome to my biz blogI hope it doesn't bore you :) Todd Stringer• photographerCategoriesAll ArchivesDecember 2011 |
